Position: AI Functional Tester
Location: San Francisco CA Remote (PST Hours)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. AI Functional Test Lead with hands-on expertise in AI-enabled application testing and Salesforce to lead test teams and own all testing deliverables in a utility contact center environment.

Must-Have Skills

AI Application Testing - customer-facing and agent portal applications
Salesforce functional and regression testing - hands-on required
NLU - Intent Recognition and Entity Extraction testing
Dialog Management and NLG Testing
End-to-End Integration Testing - full AI pipeline validation
Security and Compliance Testing
Test Deliverables ownership - Test Plan Cases Scenarios Data Results
Onsite-Offshore team management - handover/takeover coordination
Agile - Scrum sprint ceremonies daily standups
Strong communication with Sr. Director and Director-level stakeholders
Utility Contact Center application knowledge

Good to Have

CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) platform knowledge
Test automation frameworks for AI/Salesforce
NLP/AI pipeline architecture familiarity
