Position: Special Projects Software Engineers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$200/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Mercor team on special projects to enhance software solutions.
Evaluate and improve AI model training and performance.
Develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Shape and refine AI model outputs for optimal results.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven experience in software engineering.
Strong skills in AI model development.
