What Youll Do:
As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager you will be responsible formanaging projects leading teams and
driving engineering include:
Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects
Managing project scope schedule and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
Preparing and reviewing plans specifications reports and cost estimates
Coordinating with clients agencies and stakeholders to ensure project success
Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
Leading business development efforts including proposal writing and client engagement

Water Distribution & Sewer Collection Systems
Stormwater Infrastructure
Roads and Highways
Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems
Subdivision Land Development
Commercial Site Design
Federal Government Facilities (e.g. U.S. Air Force Projects)
What were looking for:
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about civil design and problem-solving. The ideal
candidate will have:
B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil focus preferred) from an Accredited University
Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure required
6 years of experience in Civil Engineering
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
Strong client relationship management and business development experience
Ability to Multi-task prioritize and deliver high-quality work on schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Living or Working in Montana is a plus
