Summary

We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Lab Operations Specialist to support daily operations within a fast-paced high-volume prototype device and props laboratory.

This role is critical for preparing hardware for field studies maintaining accurate inventory supporting device troubleshooting and keeping the lab fully operational for ongoing work with major global tech clients.

You will help ensure workflow efficiency timely device deployment and seamless coordination with field teams across multiple international study sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lab Operations & Organization

Maintain a clean structured and fully operational lab workspace.

Organize inventory racks charging bays setup stations and hardware prep zones.

Receive sort stage and prepare prototype devices and study props.

Remove outdated materials and ensure proper storage of new equipment.

Coordinate e-waste secure disposal and DHX return processes with facilities and logistics.

Inventory Management

Track incoming and outgoing prototype devices accessories and consumables.

Maintain accurate real-time inventory logs using Excel or Google Sheets.

Identify shortages early and coordinate replenishment with logistics teams.

Support packing and shipping workflows for global sites (Spain Poland Mexico India Vietnam Malaysia South Africa).
