Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer with strong hands-on expertise in API development enterprise integrations and scalable architecture design.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of MuleSoft 4.x strong SDLC experience and the ability to lead design and development initiatives in a banking environment.

Required Experience

12 years of overall IT experience
5 6 years of hands-on MuleSoft development (4.x mandatory)
Strong experience developing APIs & enterprise integrations

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of MuleSoft-based integration solutions
Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
Develop:

Data flow diagrams
System flow charts
Technical documentation

Design scalable fault-tolerant and highly available architectures
Map business requirements into technical solutions
Perform troubleshooting and production support

Implement CI/CD pipelines using:

Azure DevOps
Maven
Git

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects developers and business stakeholders

Technical Skills Required

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (4.x mandatory)
API-led connectivity
REST / SOAP integrations
Azure DevOps & CI/CD concepts
Maven & Git
Strong understanding of SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

Banking / Financial Services experience
Experience with enterprise-level application integration

Strong leadership & stakeholder communication skills
