Job Summary

Skill: Actimize Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

10 Years of experience in Actimize Development.

Lead end to end Actimize implementations including:

IFM (Integrated Fraud Management).
AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server).
SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring).
RCM (Risk Case Manager).
CDD / KYC / Watchlist Filtering.
Own solution architecture configuration deployment and performance tuning.
Define best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines for Actimize platforms.
Drive platform upgrades patching and migrations (on prem / cloud / hybrid)

Technical & Development Responsibilities:

Hands on development using:

Actimize Rule Authoring.
Actimize Model configuration.
Java SQL Unix/Linux scripting.
Actimize data models and schema customization.
Customize alert workflows scenarios thresholds and case management.
Integrate Actimize with upstream/downstream banking systems and data sources.
Perform performance optimization troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Support UAT production deployment and post production stabilization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
Lead and mentor Actimize developers and analysts.
Act as primary point of contact for Actimize platform matters.
Provide technical oversight to vendors and offshore teams.
Drive project delivery risk mitigation and timelines.
Facilitate design reviews and executive level presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Actimize Expertise.
7 years of NICE Actimize experience (AML and/or Fraud)

Deep understanding of:

Transaction Monitoring.
Fraud Detection.
Watchlist Filtering.
Case Management & Alert Workflows.
Strong experience working with AIS & IFM architecture

Technical Skills:

Strong hands on experience with:

Java / J2EE.
SQL / PL SQL.
Unix/Linux.
Actimize internal frameworks and scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD DevOps and Git based version control

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services.
AML KYC Fraud Sanctions and Regulatory Compliance experience.
Knowledge of model governance and validation processes

Salary Range - $102000-$150000 a year
