Job Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms JSCAPE and GoAnywhere Tidal Scheduler

Production Support & Workload Automation

Secure File Transfer protocols: SFTP FTPS HTTPS AS2

Job monitoring scheduling and troubleshooting

External partner connectivity setup & maintenance

Certificate management (SSL/TLS SSH keys)

File encryption & PGP handling

Incident Problem & Change Management (ITIL)

Roles & Responsibilities

Tidal Scheduler

(Workload Automation)

Create and manage N2M (Node-to-Mainframe) jobs

Develop modify and monitor batch jobs

Configure calendars dependencies job groups and event-based triggers

Perform root cause analysis for job failures

Handle production deployments and scheduling enhancements

JSCAPE MFT

Create file transfer jobs and automated workflows Configure triggers (time-based file-based event-based) Manage secure protocols (SFTP FTPS HTTPS AS2) Monitor logs and resolve transfer failures Perform server configuration and maintenance activities Troubleshoot file transfer failures and connectivity issues Work on encryption (PGP) certificates and key management Support user onboarding and partner integrations

Support & Enhancements

Provide L2 support (incident problem change management) Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements Work closely with application teams and business stakeholders Prepare technical documentation and SOPs Participate in on-call support rotation (if required)
