Scope of Project:

Capacity Management (PRJ0251606) and OPWDD CHOICES Multiple Agency Code Resolution (DMND0004737) as part of OPWDD Modernization and Remediation Program (PRJ0251326).

The agency is seeking one (1) Expert level Project Manager for assignment to technology projects. The selected candidate will manage multiple projects and/or multi-year initiatives utilizing Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to successfully implement complex IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Allocation estimation and reporting of project resources
Identification and maintenance of critical path and contingencies
Utilize formal project change control process
Identification monitoring control and mitigation planning of project risks
Creation and management of project documentation including scope schedule budget risks issues and communication plan
Establishment of project team roles and responsibilities
Facilitation of regular status meetings to monitor project health
Creation of weekly and monthly executive status reports
Facilitation of sponsor and executive-level meetings
Manage cross-functional technology projects significant in scope and impact

Required/Preferred Skills:

Mandatory Qualification:

Expert level Project Manager (84 months experience)
Plans organizes and integrates cross-functional IT projects

Requested Qualifications:

84 months experience following industry-accepted Project Management methodologies
84 months experience in project communication and executive reporting
84 months managing technology projects including scope goals deliverables budget and schedule
84 months maintaining project schedules including milestones and resources
84 months as Project Manager in federal/state or public-facing application implementation
60 months experience managing business process reengineering projects
60 months experience using MS Project
