Salesforce Developer (Senior Level)

Full Time - Hybrid - TX

Were seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design build and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Service and Field operations. This role requires strong expertise in Lightning development Apex integrations and large-scale multi-cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and Apex (classes triggers batch/queueable).
Configure and extend Service Cloud and Field Service solutions (case management routing scheduling mobile customizations).
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events and middleware tools.
Lead AI-driven automation initiatives (e.g. digital agents intelligent workflows).
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure code quality security best practices and CI/CD-based deployments.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards.

Required Qualifications

7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in LWC/Aura Apex SOQL/SOSL data modeling and security/sharing models.
Experience with Service Cloud Field Service and API integrations.
Proficiency with DevOps tools (SFDX Git CI/CD pipelines).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II Service/Field Service Consultant).
Experience with AI-driven solutions and large-scale multi-cloud implementations.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
