Job description:
The Senior Integration Release Engineer drives end-to-end release governance across complex custom software development environments. This role ensures controlled predictable deployments within large-scale transformation programs particularly in Banking and Financial Services. Success requires expert stakeholder engagement disciplined release management and the ability to provide firm data-backed guidance in high-visibility client settings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration release planning across multi-application portfolios.
Govern release calendars deployment sequencing and environment alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering QA DevOps and business teams.
Enforce release controls within transformation programs.
Identify release risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide structured client communications and executive-ready status reporting.

Requirements

7 years of experience in complex release management environments.
Release management experience in custom software development projects.
Banking and Financial Services industry experience.
Familiarity with Java Spring Boot React tech stack environments.
