Job Summary

A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

As an AI Software Engineering in Sales Central you will be joining a small team responsible for developing and maintaining internal AI and Large Language Model applications for our Service Sales business. You will write code implement system integrations develop generative solutions and ensure technical compliance in a corporate environment. This role will support development across a variety of technical stacks such as Copilot Studio Power Automate in addition to high code solutions such TypeScript/React Python and SQL. You will be an instrumental part of our team supporting AI enablement with our customer-facing colleagues.

How Youll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

Develop small to medium changes to applications across the full tech stack reporting your progress and collaborating in weekly team meetings
Familiarize yourself with the existing application landscape evaluating implementation against Best Practices or Design Patterns and writing automated test cases validating functionality and guiding future development
Prompt engineering and fine-tuning with large language models running on private inference servers
Develop Machine Learning models to support advanced data analytics across a range of internal performance and sales data
Design and implement application business logic to support automation of repetitive sales workflows
Design attractive functional and brand compliant UI/UX alongside our supportive UAT group
Integrate with a robust Gitlab CI/CD and collaboration pipeline staging your code to production after review and approval.
Proactively suggesting simplifications to processes where it makes sense designing sustainable technical solutions to drive efficiency productivity and cost reduction

What You Bring (requirements)

You must have a clear interest in software development a willingness to learn a variety of technologies and a desire to deepen your technical understanding.
You must be working towards a degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Software Development Computer Engineering or other software oriented technical degree at an accredited University.
A strong interest in AI/ML and Generative AI software solutions
A preliminary understanding in Python SQL and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
You can work independently safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges think logically and proactively research your own solutions to technical challenges you encounter.
