Insulation Lead Technician

• Lead and manage a crew of 23 insulation installers
  
  
• Install batt and blown-in insulation materials
  
  
• Drive company box truck to and from job sites
  
  
• Load and unload materials and equipment
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  
  
• Maintain safety compliance at all times
  
  
• Train and mentor crew members
  
  
• Communicate job progress and any issues with management
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites truck and equipment
  
  

• Proven insulation installation experience
  
  
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
  
  
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  
  
• Experience driving a box truck
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics crawl spaces and varying weather conditions
  
  
• Strong leadership organization and communication skills
  
  
• Dependable and punctual
  
  

• $200 per day starting pay
  
  
• Consistent full-time work
  
  
• Company vehicle provided (for work use)
