Youll be the face of our company in the market. This role is focused on relationships referrals and reputation.

Build relationships with:

Real estate agents
team leaders/brokers
lenders
builders
investors

Drive business through:

in-person meetings & office pop-ins
open houses
agent events
lunches / coffee meetings
strategic partnerships

Create and post content consistently:

Instagram stories
reels / short videos
behind-the-scenes closings
agent shoutouts
educational entertaining content

Follow up like a pro:

CRM lead tracking
outreach cadence
keeping relationships warm (not spammy)

Title Industry Experience
Huge plus if you have experience in any of the following:

Title company sales / marketing
Escrow / settlement process knowledge
Agent relationship management
Mortgage industry sales
Real estate team support / recruiting / partnerships

Not required - but if you know the industry you will accelerate quickly.
