Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in packaging design manufacturing processes and automation within a production environment.

Key Highlights:

Design and develop packaging solutions using CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD AutoCAD SolidWorks or Creo
Optimize manufacturing processes including injection molding CNC CAM and fabrication
Program and troubleshoot robotics and PLC-driven packaging lines
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop technical documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards
Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in packaging or related industries
Strong mechanical engineering background with CAD and GD&T expertise
Hands-on experience with robotics CNC/CAM welding and automation systems
Knowledge of injection molding tooling design PLCs and vision inspection systems preferred
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience is a plus
