MNC FMCG Company Assistant Activation Manager We are looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Activation Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing activations across multiple brands and categories.
What Youll Do:
- Support the development and execution of activation strategies to drive trial awareness penetration and repeat across key consumer segments.
- Translate marketing briefs into actionable activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead coordination with agencies and third-party partners for campaign ideation and execution.
- Manage end-to-end execution of in-store out-of-home and on-ground activations across urban and rural channels.
- Oversee promoter strategy deployment planning and operational excellence on-ground.
- Track analyze and evaluate campaign performance ensuring strong ROI and KPI achievement.
- Manage activation budgets and negotiate costing with agencies and suppliers.
- Support cross-category initiatives to leverage brand synergies and maximize reach.
- Coordinate event sponsorships school programs and partnerships with government bodies NGOs and other organizations.
- Ensure smooth rollout troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely updates to brand and sales teams.
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing activation trade marketing or event management.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors.
- Strong negotiation budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
- Good analytical skills with ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail proactive mindset and strong sense of urgency.
