Job Summary

Job Title : COBOL Mainframe Developer 13 years exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in COBOL programming for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
Experience working with government taxation systems including business process knowledge technical design application development system maintenance and end-user support for tax return processing systems.
Hands-on experience with IBM DB2 managing and querying enterprise-scale relational databases.
Experience integrating systems and managing messaging workflows using IBM MQSeries.
Proficiency in application performance analysis and tuning to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
Experience developing technical design specifications for complex component-based enterprise systems.
Strong background in system analysis and design for multi-tier high-volume transactional systems.
Experience writing and managing JCL (Job Control Language) for batch processing in mainframe environments.
Experience developing ETL processes and data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.
