Job Description:
We are hiring an InsuranceNow Developer position to join our team remotely!
Responsibilities:
- Build and customize a new Cyber insurance product on Guidewire InsuranceNow
- Design and implement complex rating logic and business rules using Java
- Develop and modify UI heavy workflows with significant data entry and validation
- Extend and override existing Java services service handlers and core application logic
- Implement changes safely within a shared multi product InsuranceNow environment
- Configure and work with XML based configurations and data structures
- Collaborate closely with other developers product partners and internal teams
- Contribute to early claims module development as the product evolves
Qualifications:
- Hands on experience with InsuranceNow
- Strong Java development skills especially for business logic and service customization
- Experience working on data heavy UI workflows (HTML/JavaScript basics are helpful)
- Comfort working with XML based configurations and data models
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for understanding relational data behavior
