Job Title: QA/Tester (UFT API Testing CI/CD Automation) 10 years of exp

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Investigate and diagnose quality complaints track software components and recommend corrective actions.
Verify application logs databases and system data to identify and track quality issues and improvements.
Develop maintain and execute manual and automated test scripts for application testing.
Write and execute detailed test cases and create comprehensive test plans for software validation.
Prepare UAT test cases aligned with business requirements and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness.
Track test case execution and generate test progress and quality reports for stakeholders.
Use Jira to log track categorize and prioritize software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize Xray Test Case Management for test planning execution and reporting.
Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure complete coverage between requirements and test cases.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support sprint-based software delivery with a strong focus on quality.
Support development teams across development test and UAT environments assisting in defect troubleshooting and resolution.
Write SQL queries to perform CRUD operations and validate backend data during testing.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman SOAPUI JMETER or similar tools.
Perform multiple types of testing including unit integration regression smoke system user acceptance stress and performance testing.
Create maintain and review performance testing scripts and analyze test results for system optimization.
Develop detailed UAT test plans coordinate UAT schedules and record test results after execution.
Participate in test readiness reviews and provide go/no-go recommendations for production releases.
Utilize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and automated testing processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and test coverage.
Assist team members and end users by responding to inquiries related to application errors defects or system issues.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while accurately tracking time and estimating enhancements or changes.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical staff program teams and end users.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within sprint development teams to achieve project milestones.
Apply knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts to enhance automation testing approaches.

Experience writing and executing test cases and developing test plans.
Experience with software usability concepts requirements traceability and SDLC processes.
Experience using Xray Test Case Management tools.
Eexperience writing SQL queries for CRUD operations.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing processes.
Experience performing API testing using Postman SOAPUI JMETER or similar tools.
Experience developing test automation scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
