Job Summary

Job Title:.Net Developer (health domain 14 years exp )

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Extensive experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications utilizing the MVC framework.
Proven experience developing and supporting web applications using modern client-side technologies including HTML5 AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Strong backend development experience using C# applying modern programming principles such as object-oriented design scalability maintainability single-responsibility and adherence to high application security standards.
Experience with Oracle database development including data modeling and design PL/SQL coding and debugging and creation/maintenance of stored procedures packages indexes triggers and tables along with hands-on experience using SQL development tools for coding testing and data manipulation.
Experience implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations including development of web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP and RESTful APIs message queue processing and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions.
Experience developing applications using the Core MVC framework.
Experience interpreting and maintaining legacy Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code and application structures.
Experience implementing automated unit testing and utilizing Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later for source code management and development lifecycle activities.
Proven ability to interpret analyze and translate complex business requirements into core use cases and implement corresponding application logic.
Experience developing and maintaining applications that manage healthcare data subject to HIPAA regulations including Protected Health Information (PHI).
