Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Coupa Functional Analyst to support a highly visible enterprise ERP cloud ecosystem supporting platforms such as Coupa Workday and Adaptive Planning. This role will focus on Coupa production support configuration integrations and release management ensuring operational stability while supporting enhancements and new functionality across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Coupa configuration procurement workflows and finance system integrations along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

What You ll Do

As a Senior Coupa Functional Analyst you will:

Provide production support for the Coupa platform troubleshooting issues and maintaining system stability.
Configure and maintain Coupa modules workflows approval hierarchies and analytics.
Perform regression testing and validation during Coupa system updates and releases.
Support integrations between Coupa and financial systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and design system solutions.
Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations reports analytics and workflows.
Monitor and evaluate Coupa feature releases and implement relevant enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation including:
- Functional specifications
- Configuration documentation
- Test plans and results
- Release documentation

Required Qualifications

5 years of Coupa functional experience
Hands-on experience supporting Coupa production environments
Experience configuring Coupa modules workflows and approval hierarchies
Experience with Coupa integrations with finance systems
Experience performing regression testing and release validation
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP Cloud platforms (Workday Adaptive Planning)
Experience with financial systems integrations
Experience in enterprise procurement systems
Exposure to integration platforms APIs or middleware
Experience working in large enterprise or government environments
