Job Summary

TULIP Salesforce Admin
Austin TX (Onsite)

Long-term Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to HHSCs Salesforce vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies;
Troubleshoot key product team implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution;
Review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate the impacts to HHSCs current applications orgs and solutions;
Identification and pro-active management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution;
Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level
Drive several applications teams through applying the best technical practices
Advise on the Implementation of HHSCs Org recommendations and Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP) modernization plan
Partner with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to multiple business problems

PREFERRED SKILLS

Demonstrable knowledge of the capabilities and features of Service Cloud;
Certificates Salesforce Admin Advanced Admin Platform Builder Technical Architect;
Proven experience and ability to develop custom configured and Salesforce LPI Visualforce and Lightning applications on the platform
Salesforce Org management
