Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) School Health Center

Job location: Baltimore MD

Work Schedule: 35 evening hours:
Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Friday 12:45 PM 3:45 PM
Some flex time and occasional overtime including occasional weekend assignments.
This position follows an annual 11-month schedule.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for placement within a specialized educational setting in Baltimore Maryland. This role supports students with complex health and developmental needs in a collaborative mission-driven school environment.

This position is structured as a temporary placement with the clear intent to transition into a full-time permanent role. The organization is seeking a committed long-term team member and intends to hire permanently.

Qualifications Required:

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses. Bachelors Degree preferred.
An LPN candidate may be considered with a commitment to obtaining an RN degree within 3 years.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in pediatrics.
Comprehensive knowledge of the nursing process (assessment planning implementation and evaluation).
Comprehensive knowledge of appropriate evaluation techniques of students with multiple disabilities.
General knowledge of disabling childhood conditions physical growth and development intellectual/developmental disabilities cerebral palsy and communicable diseases.
First Aid/CPR certification required.
