Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes enhance automation and deliver strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
Perform platform configuration customization and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Integration Hub Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations.
Proven experience in ServiceNow development customization and solution design.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Knowledge of ITSM ITOM or ITBM modules.
