About the Role:
The Paid Media Manager will play a key role in planning executing and optimizing high-performance digital marketing campaigns across major advertising platforms. This position is ideal for experienced media buyers who enjoy driving measurable growth managing client relationships and developing data-driven marketing strategies.
In this role you will manage paid media initiatives across multiple platforms oversee campaign budgets and performance and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong results for clients. You will also contribute to strategic planning reporting and continuous campaign optimization.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search Shopping YouTube) and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaign budgets pacing targeting strategies and performance optimization.
- Client-facing experience including communication reporting and campaign strategy discussions.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS CPA CTR conversion tracking and attribution.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior media buyers or coordinators is a plus.
