Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Program Manager with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) to lead enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive MDM strategy governance and program delivery while collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure high-quality consistent and governed master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) programs including planning execution and successful delivery.
Partner with business stakeholders data teams and IT leadership to define and implement the MDM roadmap and governance framework.
Manage program timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.
Oversee MDM implementations integrations and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and consistent master data.
Coordinate with data architecture data engineering and analytics teams to support enterprise data initiatives.
Drive adoption of data governance best practices standards and policies across the organization.
Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Program or Project Management within data or IT initiatives.
3 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance programs.
Experience working with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM SAP MDG Reltio Stibo or IBM MDM.
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise data programs.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
Familiarity with data integration data architecture and analytics environments.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid program delivery environments.
