JOB TITLE: Mechanical Assembly - Actuation
LOCATION: Los Angeles CA
PAY RATE: $27-38/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand and power tools as well as precision instruments
Complete accurate buyoffs for finished work inspections and non-conformances
Collaborate with engineers to recommend design changes and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety procedures quality standards and configuration control requirements

Requirements:

Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance machine trades or manufacturing technologies
Experience working with:
- Composites
- Titanium
- Sheet metal
- Riveting and fastening
- Wiring and tubing
- Basic machining
Ability to read and interpret drawings blueprints and technical data
Experience using torque wrenches countersinks drills deburring tools and calibrated equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and team members
An A&P License is desired but not required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
