We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst Americas will support the Director of Americas in delivering financial planning analysis and accounting activities across the region. This role contributes to budgeting forecasting tariff reporting and business analysis while also providing reliable U.S. accounting support. The position partners with Sales Operations and regional leadership by supplying timely analysis and reporting to enable effective decisionmaking.
Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the Americas annual budget quarterly forecast and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial performance versus budget and forecast
- Provide actionable business insights and variance analysis to Sales and management
- Support pricing margin and profitability analysis to guide commercial decisions
- Sales & Business Partnership
- Support the finance business partnering to the Sales organization by providing analytical support for revenue growth and margin improvement
- Prepare analysis for customer product and regional performance trends
- Provide support and analysis for bid reviews pricing strategies and commercial negotiations with sound financial analysis
- Tariff & Trade Reporting
- Prepare and maintain tariff impact analysis and reporting for the Americas region
- Provide support and analysis to Supply Chain Logistics and Trade Compliance by tracking tariff exposure
- Ensure accurate accounting and forecasting of tariff-related costs
- Accounting & Close Support (U.S.)
- Perform and/or review U.S. accounting activities including journal entries account reconciliations and accruals
- Support the monthly close process ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP internal controls and company accounting policies
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for regional and global stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements within finance forecasting and reporting
- Support system enhancements and data quality initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 58 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and management reporting
- Proven experience partnering with Sales or commercial teams
- Experience with tariff trade or supply chain cost analysis is a plus
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required
