Position Summary - The Content Developer will apply instructional design principles adult learning methodologies and multimedia expertise to analyze learning needs and design develop implement evaluate and maintain high-quality learning solutions that support organizational performance and business outcomes.
- This role partners closely with business stakeholders subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructors to translate learning and performance objectives into effective instructor-led virtual blended and digital learning experiences.
Deliverables may include:
All learning solutions must be engaging accessible instructionally sound and aligned with established standards templates and branding guidelines.
Position Qualifications Education Experience & Skills -
Experience with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360) animation software and similar development tools (required).

Experience designing training for technical and non-technical disciplines such as power generation power delivery construction compliance safety or business functions (preferred).

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud narration software and AI tools in instructional design environments (highly desired).

Experience managing instructional design projects (required).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (required).
-
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) strongly preferred.
-
Strong facilitation presentation and relationship management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
Key Responsibilities -
Engage in curriculum planning instructional design and training development.

Define learning objectives and outcomes aligned with business goals.

Select appropriate instructional delivery formats strategies and media.

Execute project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Apply instructional design theories and best practices to create ILT VILT eLearning and performance support tools.

Ensure learning materials meet system and accessibility standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders SMEs and business leaders throughout the project lifecycle.

Upload and maintain course content within SharePoint and LMS platforms.
-
Maintain and update existing courses as needed.
-
Manage multiple projects and meet timelines with minimal supervision.
-
Research and advocate for innovation in learning design and education technologies.
-
Lead or contribute to project teams when appropriate.
