About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead our team of account executives and sales assistants. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving profitable growth and ensuring the success of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable results by developing the sales team through motivation performance analysis and continuous skills development.
- Manage sales administration functions report on operational performanceadvisemanagement on sales strategiesand streamline processes and systems.
- Develop and manage sales quotas business plansand expense controls to meet company targets while collaboratingwith the operations and marketing teams to create the annual marketing plan.
- Monitorthe performance of the sales team byestablishinga system of reports and communications including quota attainment reports pipeline management and regular sales meetings.
- Oversee the recruitment training and organization of sales representatives and support staff to achieve specificsales objectives.
- Assistthe operations team in evaluating vendor and partner contracts and developing client contracts as needed.
About You- PriorB2B salesexperience preferably within the IT or managed services industry.
- Demonstratedsuccessful managerial experience leading a team of 5 or more employees.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proven customer service skills and outstanding organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Prior experience in relationship management and interacting with C-level executives is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- A strong senseof accountability and a commitment to the success of the organization.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Experience with quoting software.
- General knowledge of CRM solutions with a preference for HubSpot.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
