Job Summary

Drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns insights and trends to decision-makers. Collect aggregate and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators identify areas of improvement into current operations and display root cause analysis of problems. Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs risks and profits of new business initiatives. Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.

Responsibilities:

Disseminate information regarding tools reports or metadata or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined or monitor current and potential customers using business intelligence current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for or update business intelligence tools databases dashboards systems or timely flow of business intelligence information to and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy technical support for existing reports dashboards or other library of model documents templates or other reusable knowledge or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting with customers competitors suppliers professional organizations or others to stay abreast of industry or business specifications for business intelligence or information technology (IT) reports dashboards or other business intelligence tools or systems including design of related databases spreadsheets or business intelligence data from available industry reports public information field reports or purchased technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing competitive market strategies through analysis of related product market or share standard or custom reports summarizing business financial or economic data for review by executives managers clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or related fieldExperience with Excel R python Matlab SAS or similar Experience with statistical or other data mining methodologies
