POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs various maintenance duties for the Water Works Department using heavy complex equipment including hydro-excavator.

SCHEDULE: M-Th 6:00am-4:00 pm Summer M-F 7:00am-3:00pm Winter Schedule may vary based on departmental need.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed outdoors in adverse weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee frequently works in wet and/or humid conditions and is exposed to airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals and vibrations. The employee is occasionally exposed to electric shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to loud.
