Contract Copywriter - DashPass (Dedicated Workstream) Type: Contract to hire. Location: Remote Role Overview Were seeking a senior-level contract copywriter to support DashPass our membership program. This writer will be embedded with the DashPass marketing team and serve as a dedicated partner across ongoing campaigns experiments and product-driven initiatives. DashPass will be your primary focus during this one-quarter contract. You may also contribute to broader brand or growth initiatives as needed. This is a high-visibility high-velocity workstream. What Youll Do Own copy development for DashPass across lifecycle and performance channels - including email push in-app paid media landing pages and product surfaces Translate complex membership mechanics promotional offers and product updates into clear compelling customer-facing messaging Write for experiments and iterative tests adapting quickly as performance learnings evolve Balance planned campaign work with rapid-response and ambiguous asks Maintain a clear conversational brand voice across channels - ensuring messaging is simple compelling and never bland Bring energy and precision to lower-funnel and offer-heavy work - understanding that straightforward does not mean boring Collaborate closely with marketers product partners and cross-functional stakeholders Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and legal/compliance guidelines Experience 5 8 years of copywriting experience (in-house or agency) Strong background in performance lifecycle and/or growth marketing Experience working at tech or consumer brands with a distinct well-defined voice and strong creative standards Experience writing promotionally complex or offer-heavy messaging Skill Set Strong command of brand voice - able to write clear conversational copy that feels human and grounded Comfortable managing ambiguity and shaping evolving briefs into focused single-minded messaging Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with fast execution Detail-oriented particularly when navigating promotional and legal-sensitive copy Confident communicator who can collaborate directly with stakeholders and articulate copy rationale Operating Environment DashPass is a dynamic and evolving product.
