Job Summary

Must-have skill requirements of the role:
Design and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a strong focus on Okta and Imprivata.
Perform hands-on engineering work including configuration deployment and optimization of IAM platforms.
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems applications and directories to support secure access across platforms.
Optimize user authentication and access workflows to improve security usability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements while enhancing overall identity security posture.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IAM Architect or Senior IAM Engineer in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Okta (required) including authentication SSO MFA and lifecycle management.
Experience leveraging Imprivata (highly preferred) for secure authentication and access management.
Solid understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle access governance and security protocols.
Must be able to work onsite the first week in either Dallas TX or Chicago IL.
