Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team providing hands-on technical support and expertise in maintaining the reliability of core applications and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the resolution of complex technical issues while collaborating with third-party vendors to enhance IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues guiding troubleshooting and resolution.
Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate support for advanced technical challenges.
Manage and support core IT technologies including Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server and Windows OS.
Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability of IT systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Necessary Skills:

10 years of IT experience with proven expertise in Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server VPN RDP and Windows operating systems.
Minimum 5 years in a Microsoft enterprise environment including experience with Group Policy and PowerShell.
3 years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and migration projects.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP and common services such as DNS and DHCP.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Windows Server Office 365 Azure) are highly desirable.
