Job Summary

Title : Application Systems Analyst

Location: Morristown NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Required Qualifications

3 6 years of experience supporting ERP systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Strong understanding of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory lifecycle
- Vendor management
Experience supporting integrations (API flat file middleware)
Strong troubleshooting and functional configuration skills
Healthcare or hospital system experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (AP/GL integration)
OTBI / BI Publisher reporting experience
Understanding of SOX / audit controls
Exposure to data governance or MDM concepts

Soft Skills (Healthcare Environment Specific)

Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Strong communication skills (translating tech to operations)
Ability to prioritize high-volume ticket queues
Process improvement mindset
