Required Qualifications
- 3 6 years of experience supporting ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Strong understanding of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory lifecycle
- Vendor management
- Experience supporting integrations (API flat file middleware)
- Strong troubleshooting and functional configuration skills
- Healthcare or hospital system experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (AP/GL integration)
- OTBI / BI Publisher reporting experience
- Understanding of SOX / audit controls
- Exposure to data governance or MDM concepts
Soft Skills (Healthcare Environment Specific)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (translating tech to operations)
- Ability to prioritize high-volume ticket queues
- Process improvement mindset
