Job Summary
Role: Data Modelling Business Analyst
Location: McLean VA (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.
2 4 years relevant rules or project experience.
Experience modeling or implementing business rules using decision tables (TDM or DMN).
Experience creating and running test scenarios to validate business requirements as well as generating test data needed for test cases.
Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience.
Agile Scrum or Kanban experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel MS Project Visio Word and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with customers stakeholders and team members to understand and document business needs.
Building strong partnerships and effective working relationships.
Participate in and lead as needed the agile daily stand-up sprint and program increment (PI) planning and retrospectives.
Learn how to apply decision modeling and model rule requests as decision tables working with business partners to capture the proper behavior.
Build test scenarios and generate needed test data. Execute tests review and validate results with stakeholders.
