Job Summary

Position: Technical Onboarding Specialist
Location: Washington DC
Long Term Contract

JOB SUMMARY:

Strong ability to organize and capture requirements from technical staff with the intent to deliver to non-technical users.
Deep understanding of Lakehouse architecture Databricks SQL and MLflow.
Hands-on experience with Databricks features such as Unity Catalog setup privilege models and workspace administration.
Ability to design and deliver structured onboarding programs for Data Engineers Analysts and ML practitioners including labs and templates.
Strong understanding of what makes change management efforts successful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct user training and FAIR bootcamps
Develop onboarding materials and knowledge base
Support governance and bias detection exercises
Provide ongoing technical assistance
