Job Summary

Maximo Technical Specialist (Application)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo application specialist to support the upgrade to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and provide ongoing application support configuration and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead/assist in Maximo 7.6 MAS 9 upgrade
Configure and customize Maximo modules:
- Maintenance
- Asset Management
- Materials Management
- Transportation Calibration HSE
Support:
- Application enhancements
- Screen/report development
Perform:
- Data validation and migration support
- System testing & UAT support
Provide:
- End-user training
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
Troubleshoot production issues and support tickets

Required Skills

5 10 years in IBM Maximo
Experience with MAS 8/9 upgrades (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of:
- Maximo configurations
- Workflows & business rules
Experience with:
- SQL scripting reporting tools
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes

Preferred

Experience in transit/public sector
Exposure to AI/analytics features in MAS
Agile / DevOps exposure
