Job Description: In this role the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual family and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Schedule Details: Full - Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Location: Kennett Square PA
Program: Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Program
Pay Rate:$30/hour Billable Rate

What Youll Do
- Conduct formal clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with legal and forensic systems.
- Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services as needed.
- Provide individual family and group therapy.
- Participate in all required individual and peer supervision
- Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation including progress notes treatment plans and discharge summaries
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged - help us better serve our diverse community
- 1 year in behavioral health with direct substance use and outpatient therapy experience.
- Licensure: LPC preferred (LCSW PsyD a plus); co-occurring certification encouraged - clinical supervision available
- Clearances: PA Child Abuse Criminal and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
