Purpose & Scope:
This position is responsible for transporting animal loads as scheduled while following our biosecurity protocols. Purpose & Scope: This position is responsible for transporting animal loads as scheduled while following our biosecurity protocols.

Principle Responsibilities:
90% - Livestock movements: loading and unloading swine 10% - Other duties as assigned (feed haul moving equipment etc.) Communication with various departments

Travel: Local travel approx. 30 mile local farm radius

Required Qualifications:
Valid Non-Expired Class A CDL Live haul experience preferred but not required Strong communication and listening skills Lift/Carry heavy objects approximately 60lbs Constant walking bending pushing pulling Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions independently Be a team oriented self-motivated and positive individual with strong work ethics Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in inclement weather conditions

Preferred Skills:
1 year driving experience preferred Animal handling experience preferred but not required; will provide training Ability to work in tight spaces; trailer compartment
