Job Summary
Opportunity for experienced financial services professional to manage real-time high-value payments between bank accounts ensuring payments are processed instantly and accurately maintaining smooth financial operations. Experience with payment systems and attention to detail are key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
- Provide support to participants and clearing/settlement operators via multiple communication channels.
- Log monitor escalate and resolve calls within agreed service levels.
- Analyze system data to improve payment and settlement efficiency.
- Monitor systems to ensure timely settlements and escalate issues when needed.
- Conduct system and market testing including test case execution.
- Support projects regulatory changes and process improvements.
- Coordinate onboarding/termination of participants and manage master data updates on the RTGS system.
- Assist with staff and participant training as well as induction programs.
- Prepare reports reconcile accounts and contribute to audits and operational risk management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification in Business Administration Financial management or Operations Management
- Available for 12 month fixed term contract
- Previous experience in payments banking operations or finance.
