Job Description
Overview
Responsible for endtoend delivery of PMC services for data centre projects from design through construction and handover.
Your role
- Lead the PMC project team and manage daytoday project execution.
- Act as primary interface with Client authorities consultants and contractors.
- Oversee contract administration design management and construction.
- Manage cost schedule quality safety and risk performance.
- Ensure statutory approvals and compliance requirements are met.
About you
- Degree in Engineering Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and clientfacing skills.
- Experienced in Data Centre PMC role.
