Job Summary
Plumbing Detailer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits retirement package and plenty of room for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and reporting to meetings required during construction process.
- Reviewing construction documents product literature cut sheets and spool drawings that are clearly labeled and dimension for prefabrication.
- Meet with foreman on change-orders and make Plumbing Detail changes.
- Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable Work History
- 4 years prior field of field experience in plumbing detailing.
- Prior experience designing or drafting sheet metal piping plumbing systems and coordinating with other trades.
- Strong knowledge in: state building and plumbing codes among other codes are a plus.
- Software knowledge in AutoCAD Revit Autodesk Navisworks BlueBeam Quickpen among others are a plus.
