Vehicle Detailer

Job Summary

Our Used Vehicle Reconditioning facility islooking for a Vehicle Detailer to join our team! The right candidate will have a strong work ethic ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and who is focused on getting our vehicles prepped and ready for delivery.

Compensation

• Production based compensation plan. $30000-$80000 per year.
• Incentive pay is available for meeting and exceeding certainproductivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean detail cut & buff vehicles in preparation for the sale of pre-owned vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monday thru Friday. 8am to 4:30pm.

• Hardworking personality shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of production detail experience
