Job Summary
Your Daily Business
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: You proactively monitor system performance and take preventive or corrective action as needed to ensure optimal operation.
- Infrastructure Management: You design update and implement configurations for the existing network infrastructure while following established procedures.
- Project Participation: You contribute to network deployment projects including design installation and configuration of network components.
- Technical Support: You provide 3rd-level support for network infrastructure in a corporate production environment troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
What makes you a good fit
- IT & Network Administration Experience: You have 2 - 5 years of experience in IT/OT network administration and a solid understanding of network principles.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Cisco network technologies and you are experienced with LAN/WLAN. You are familiar with OT networks and relevant protocols.
- Certifications: A Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP certification is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure AWS and Microsoft Defender for OT is a plus.
- Customer Service & Communication: You have excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Motivated & Independent: You take initiative and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility: You are open to occasional business travel as required.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
