Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Assists the front office manager with all their duties and fills in for them when they are away
• Is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and for our guests being warmly welcomed
• Is actively involved in all Reception and Reservation operations
• Ensures that our guests have a pleasant stay from beginning to end
• Professionally handles complaints on site
• Maintains regular guest information and the profile system in Protel
• Coordinates with Housekeeping

Your profile:

• At least 23 years of work experience in the front office area
• Completed hospitality vocational training
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
• Good Microsoft Office and Protel skills
• Highly responsible; excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for making guests feel special; highly engaged and empathetic
• Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
• Strong solution orientation; team player

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
