A leading engineering consultancy in the marine and coastal infrastructure sector is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marine Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong professional with extensive experience in marine structural design and project delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

BEng in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Minimum of 8 years experience in marine and/or coastal structural engineering
Proven experience in the design of marine infrastructure such as:
- Jetties
- Piers
- Quay walls
- Breakwaters
- Harbours and waterfront structures
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design in aggressive marine environments
Experience with relevant design codes and standards
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
Professional registration (or eligibility to register) will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and analysis of marine and coastal structures
Manage projects from concept through to construction stage
Conduct condition assessments and structural inspections
Prepare technical reports calculations and design documentation
Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Liaise with clients contractors and multidisciplinary teams
