Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated summer intern to support our Global Sales Operations team. This role involves customer data research documentation Salesforce transaction support and sales analytics. The ideal candidate is curious organized and comfortable working with data.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Research customer information on the web and help assign accurate Customer Group Region and Headquarters for unassigned Data Warehouse customer accounts across all ERPs Segments and Divisions.
Process and track loaner transactions in Salesforce.
Create process documentation to support operational workflows.
Generate sales analytics and reports using Excel or Power BI including data cleanup pivot tables and visualizations.

Education & Experience

Working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform structured online research.
Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables charts basic formulas).
Experience with Salesforce or Power BI is a plus but not required.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Information
Internship Duration: 10 14 weeks.

Working Conditions

This role will be based on-site in the Santa Clara CA (Patrick Henry) site
Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
Use of hands and fingers for typing writing and handling documents.
Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
