Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead the design and development of advanced systems ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues in system integration.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE


Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering or mathematics.
7 or more years of experience in systems engineering and project management.
Proven experience having developed multiple products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of systems integration implementation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in tools and technologies related to systems engineering including experience with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standardsRM3.1 examples include DFMEA Design Verification Control Plans Engineering drawings and specifications etc.
Experience with advanced systems design and development methodologies focusing on automotive sensors (pressure flow etc.)

WE VALUE

Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in healthcare industrial and automotive sensor applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a global cross functional team across multiple sites.
Six Sigma green belt or black belt is preferred.
