Job Summary
Job Title: Application Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Houston TX
Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)
Position Overview:
The Application Analyst is responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis within assigned functional areas. This role includes monitoring system resources evaluating operational processes and presenting historical data trends to support optimal departmental effectiveness. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance security and compliance standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform moderate to complex application and business process analysis.
Monitor system resources and application performance to ensure operational stability.
Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Analyze and present historical data trends to support leadership decision-making.
Configure maintain and support Oracle Fusion security and related modules.
Provide technical documentation and maintain audit-ready system records.
Collaborate with IT business stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Support system upgrades patches and enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies governance and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with Oracle Application Fusion Security Console
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security
Experience supporting Oracle WebCenter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly
Experience documenting processes and system configurations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Experience with Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications
Experience in enterprise-level application support environments
